Dwayne Kouf - Head Director
Dwayne Kouf – A 30 year veteran teacher was the 2014 finalist for elementary school educator in the William T. Dwyer Excellence in Education Award. With his masters in Elementary Education, he holds certifications in Physical Education, Exceptional Student Education and is First AID and CPR certified. He has coached high school football, weight training and currently coaches youth sports teams throughout Palm Beach County. He is married to wife Tracey and they have 3 children, Kyle, Zachary, and Grace.

Mark Roche - Assistant Director
A 20 year veteran with the school district. He was a state runner up for Florida State Physical Education Teacher of the Year in 2014. He was not only a scholar athlete playing both football and baseball, but now coaches both Christa McAuliffe Middle School Baseball and Park Vista High School Varsity Baseball teams. With his degree in Elementary Education, his passion of working with children is shown in his Physical Education classes, and through his efforts in coaching several Special Olympics sports. His knowledge and skills have made him a valuable trainer for Physical Education workshops and seminars in Florida. Coach Roche is married to Emilee and the couple have 3 daughters (Kylee, Kadence, and Camryn) and one son (Kane) .
