- Your child can bring a lunch and drink every day to camp if he/she chooses.
- Water will be available at all times, but water bottles from home are suggested.
- Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase.
- In the event of inclement weather, we will provide alternative activities indoors.
- All campers are required to be potty trained and have the ability to use the restroom independently.
- Please apply sunscreen on your child before arriving to camp. Your child is permitted to bring additional sunscreen to reapply during the course of the day; however employees are not permitted to apply.
- Lead Directors are CPR and First Aid Certified and an AED is available at all times on the school campus.
- Full payment is required for all Early Bird Prices by the time of enrollment deadline.
- Program schedules, prices and content are subject to change without notice.
- If All American Sport Camp needs to cancel due to state, county or camp location health orders or mandate, you will receive a 100% credit that can be used through June 1, 2026. If All American Sport Camp cancels in the middle of a week due to state, county or camp location health orders or mandates, you will receive a prorated credit based on the number of days canceled in that week that can be used through June 1, 2026 Note: Credit requests can be sent to allamericansportscampinc@gmail.com
In the event of an injury or emergency while attending All American Sport Camp, I give permission to any employee of All American Sport Camp to make the decision to transport via emergency medical service and perform any treatments necessary. I understand that the employee’s decision is in the best interest for my child and I will not hold the employee liable for their actions and decisions.
I understand that risks are involved when my child is participating in All American Sport Camp I will assume that any injuries are accidental and I do not hold the employees, supervisors, or owners personally responsible in any way.
Behavior Policy
I understand that All American Sport Camp has the right to remove any child from participation for inappropriate behavior of any kind. If inappropriate, aggressive, or dangerous behavior continues, the child will be removed from camp. I understand that no refund will be given of any kind for unattended days for removal from camp. I also understand that if my child breaks or damages any property as a result of their direct or indirect behavior, I hereby agree to pay for its repair or replacement.
NSF Policy
If a check is returned for any reason, payment must be made by cash within one business day. The camp cannot redeposit checks that have been returned. A $30 NSF fee will be charged in addition to the funds owed.
Absence/Withdrawal Policy
There will be no reimbursements or credits for absences, withdrawals, or vacations.
Electronic Games/ Personal Property
All American Sport Camp is not responsible for any personal property lost on campus. We strongly advise your child not to bring personal items to camp. Gaming devices, cell phones, and other expensive personal property should remain at home. If a child needs to contact home, we have phones available for him/her to use.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up Policies
Children must be picked up by an authorized adult. Please sign the Sign In/Out sheet upon arrival and departure. Please do not drop your child off without signing him/her in. In the event an adult arrives to pick up your child and that adult is not on your ‘authorized pick-up list’ every effort will be made to contact a primary caregiver to authorize pick-up. If a primary caregiver cannot be contacted, the adult will not be permitted to remove the child from the program.
IF YOUR CHILD IS AFFECTED BY COURT ORDERED RESTRICTIONS FOR PICK-UP, CURRENT COURT ORDERS MUST BE ON FILE WITH ALL AMERICAN SPORT CAMP. FAILURE TO PROVIDE CURRENT DOCUMENTATION MAY RESULT IN THE CHILD BEING RELEASED TO A PERSON THAT CAN SHOW DOCUMENTATION THAT HE/SHE IS THE CHILD’S PARENT.

My child may view PG movies that may be shown during any camp at All American Sport Camp.
Picture/Media Release
I give All American Sport Camp permission to use any photos and similar media/promotional materials of my son or daughter in their advertising (this includes FACEBOOK, SOCIAL MEDIA, & WEBSITE PICTURES).
COVID Policies
By clicking below, I am agreeing to all policies put forth by All American Sport Camp. I acknowledge and affirm all of the statements above. I also voluntarily assume all risks that I and/or my child(ren) may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 as a result of participation in any activity, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, sickness, and/or death. I understand that the risk of exposure or infection may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself, my child(ren), All American Sport Camp employees, staff, volunteers, or agents, other activity participants, or others not listed, and I acknowledge that all such risks are known to me. I also acknowledge and understand that before being allowed to participate in any activity, my child may be subjected to non-invasive health screening, including but not limited to the use of an infrared thermometer; my child may, at All American Sport Camp's discretion, be denied participation in the activity based on the results of the screening.
Liability Waiver
In consideration of me and my child(ren) being able to participate in the activity, I, on behalf of myself, as well as anyone entitled to act on my behalf, hereby forever waive, release, and hold All American Sport Camp and its employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, suits, liability, actions, judgments, attorneys’ fees, costs, and any expenses of any kind resulting from injuries or damages, grounded in tort or otherwise, that I and/or my child(ren), or my or our representatives, sustain during or related to my child(ren)’s participation or involvement in any activity.
